When we first arrived, the gentleman at the front desk greeted us very warmly and was very friendly. The king room was a great size for the price. They had a dehumidifier in the room to eliminate moisture if you chose to use it. The a/c was more powerful than most hotels, which we like it at 65° at night. Breakfast was typical, nothing special. Overall, good place when we visit and will book again.

I love the variety of options they had at breakfast! We enjoyed the pool a lot! From the moment we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; in fact, everyone working there was accommodating; we felt welcomed and appreciated. We can’t wait to go back!

Being retired, we travel a bit, so we have developed a pretty solid hotel preference regarding the bathrooms...namely, that the sink is in the bathroom with the toilet and shower/bath. Never before have we encountered a hotel that has a sink in the bathroom with plenty of counter space and another outside the bathroom. To that we say bravo...well done! We wish all hotels were just like the Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North. You get our 'gold star'.

We liked everything about this place! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The location, the fact that only had two floors , Very clean, comfortable, nice pool situated right in front of a small little pond/with ducks on it. Had everything around that you could possibly want …. which for us was all the Abe Lincoln sites

Everything! From the front desk service to the size and incredible cleanliness of the room, to the lovely, quality breakfast in the immaculately clean dining area, this place is absolutely fantastic!! The kind woman preparing breakfast was the sweetest!! Also the lighted walkway around the pond out back was an extra treat!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the view from my window and how I was provided with a mini coffee maker and both regular and decaf coffee in my room. I also liked that the hotel was right by a few bus stops so I could walk there and take the bus to get around.

Bed was comfortable, room was very large and roomy, shower was better than most we’ve experienced on the road, breakfast was very tasty and had lots of options

I loved the friendly greeting we received when checking in and out. The room was very neat, clean and had a microwave and fridge. The beds were nice and comfortable. The indoor pool with a view of the pond and grounds was excellent. The view was serene and the Inn was quiet. The room was excellent!

Loved everything! The location was great! Quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby but without congestion. Lovely pond out back. Room was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Lots of towels available. Desk clerk was friendly at check-in.

Breakfast had variety and was nourishing. Staff was pleasant and friendly. She even asked if guests needed anything else as she wiped tables! : ) She is a Goodwill Ambassador for Ramada!!!! : ) Other staff were all friendly and helpful!
